Everything you want to know before getting started. If something isn't covered here, reach out and we will get you an answer.
At a traditional clinic you might get 15 to 20 minutes with your PT before being handed off to an aide or a generic exercise sheet. At Moore Movement every session is fully one-on-one, we come to you, and your plan is built around your specific goals, not a cookie-cutter protocol.
No referral needed. Oregon allows direct access to physical therapy, meaning you can come straight to us without seeing a physician first.
We serve Bend and the surrounding communities throughout Central Oregon, including Redmond, Sisters, Sunriver, and beyond. Not sure if you're in range, just reach out and we will figure it out.
Absolutely. Many clients come for performance, movement quality, injury prevention, or strength and running programming. You don't have to be in pain to benefit from working with a movement specialist. In fact, some of the best work happens before an injury ever occurs.
Moore Movement is a cash-based, out-of-network practice. This means no surprise bills, no insurance restrictions on your care, and no limits on how long we spend together. We provide superbills for self-submission to your insurance provider.
Yes. Physical therapy is an eligible expense under most HSA and FSA plans. We also provide superbills if you'd like to submit for potential out-of-network reimbursement through your insurance.
We offer flexibility to fit your situation. You can pay per visit, pay your package in full at a discounted rate, or set up a payment plan for your package spread across monthly installments. All payment options are discussed and agreed upon before care begins. Reach out and we will find an arrangement that works for you.
At this time Moore Movement does not bill Medicare or Medicaid for physical therapy services. However, strength training, running programming, and lifestyle coaching are available as cash-pay services and fall outside of Medicare and Medicaid billing entirely. We are actively working toward accepting Medicare and Medicaid for physical therapy in the future and will update this page when that changes. If you have questions about what services may be available to you, reach out and we will be happy to talk it through.
